Based on need:

Enable India will provide counseling on suitable jobs based on your education, skills and aptitude.
Enable India will provide training or suggestions for improvement in technical, computer and soft skills.
Enable India will provide training for tests and interview conducted at the company.
For persons with disability who cannot visit the centre often due to travel constraints, Enable India will send information via email or post, so that the candidate can get prepared at home and can travel only on the interview day.

After placement:

Enable India will assist the company in providing you with the right assistive aids and barrier-free environment.
