EnAble India's Employer Outreach Programme (EOP) facilitates hiring and retention of persons with disability through a process of long-term collaboration with organizations. The programme has been structured based on EnAble India's documented experiences in placing persons with disability in a diverse cross-section of organizations.

Programme Structure

STEP I: Pre-placement job identification process>
- Profile and analyze the organization's job requirements
- Present business case for employing persons with disability in specific positions.

STEP II : Post-placement training and workplace adaptation
- Provide collaborative, need-based training.
- Provide workplace solutions to enable person with disability to discharge responsibilities
  efficiently and effectively.
- Offer assistance to create barrier-free workplace for the disabled.
- Create awareness on issues related to working with persons with disabilities, to sensitize
  company employees.

STEP III : Post-placement support and retention
- Conduct periodic reviews with employer and employee.
- Offer career counseling and consultancy to resolve specific issues.
- Troubleshooting in operational/technology-related problems.
