EnAble India's key focus area is employment of people with disabilities. In India, the disabled, especially those with sensory (visual and hearing) disability and mental disabilities find it extremely difficult to get employment. Organizations in the private and public sector, barring
a few, are unaware that people with disabilities too form a talented and committed human resource pool and could be part of a productive workforce. EnAble India's services are geared
to propel the talent of people with disabilities towards productive use across industries in
India's vibrant corporate sector.
