We have different training offerings for persons with disability, companies, partners and institutions working for persons with disability and volunteers.

Aiming at making candidates employable, we offer different courses for people with special needs. Our teaching methodology is based on detailed root cause analysis by disability. Giving one on one attention; using Multiple intelligence; real time exposure; job simulation; challenging time bound exercises and making candidates responsible are integral parts of our curriculum. Our nonjudgmental behavior; our way of nurturing with lots of love and affection; our belief in diversity and integrity; and respect for each candidate help them to learn at their owned pace.

Training persons with disability:
Our courses aim at making the candidates employable for different profiles. The trainings focus on the overall development and transformation of the candidate.

Workshops for Employers:
For companies who want to hire persons with disability or have hired persons with disability, we have different awareness and sensitization workshops to suit different needs. Most of our workshops are of short duration to enable full participation of all. Our workshops are interactive, reflective and humourous to enable participants gain maximum from the workshops.

Training for Partners:
We have various capacity building programs for enabling trainers to train persons with disability on life skills, computer training for the blind, employability training for PWD and for enabling employment officers for placement of disabled.

The workshop sensitizes teachers of visually impaired children about inclusive environments in schools
