Employment services
The employment rate of persons with disability in India is abysmally low. The challenges in tackling this problem are huge due to multiple factors including lack of awareness and sensitization, lack of opportunities, lack of qualified candidates etc. EnAble India's employment services are focused on three main areas:
 Identifying and developing job opportunities for people with disabilities
Identifying and training candidates suitable for various types of jobs
Facilitating placement and Retention.

Supplemental education
Successful employment is strongly linked to good education. EnAble India focuses on providing persons with disability with supplemental education in the areas of computer training, English language and communication, general knowledge and awareness. One of the highlights of our educational services is the MS Office training for visually impaired.
NGO Consultancy and Training
EnAble India believes in team work and sharing knowledge with other individuals and organizations working for the welfare of the disabled. We provide consultancy in areas where we have expertise and hope to gain from others as well. We have worked or interacted fruitfullly with over 30 NGOS around the country and hope to grow the list.
Support Services
Some of EnAble India's services neither fall into the employment services category nor the education category, but include a broad range of offerings provided for the well-being, rehabilitation and support of persons with disabilities.
Technology Centre
The goal of EnAble India's technology centre is to conduct research and/or initiate new development in the area of assistive technology and devices for the disabled.
